We create and promote star brands!
Star Brands is a group of companies that hold top market positions in the fields of production and sale of food and hygiene products, as well as in distribution and logistics. We are manufacturers and distributors of high-quality snacks, cereals, flour, canned goods, other grocery products and hygiene products not only in Ukraine but also in many different countries globally. We are dedicated to creating and developing star brands for exceptional products that you see every day on store shelves and that have long been there for you at all times.
It all started with a company of like-minded people and a single machine back in 1995 in the city of Dnipro.

We were one of the first companies in Ukraine to start a business in packaging sugar and cereals. Over the time since 2000, the company has become the first in Ukraine to launch the production of flavoured peanuts, we were also the first to offer packaged sunflower seeds to Ukrainian consumers, and this event became quite a breakthrough in the market at the time!
In 2002, our brand for croutons named Flint first appeared on store shelves. It has truly become iconic since then and is currently well-known far beyond Ukraine.
In 2003, we launched our big well-known brand for flour, cereals and other grocery products – Khutorok.
Around the same time, our logistics company Eurogrouptrans started its operations.
Since 2006, we have managed to form our own large complex of enterprises for a full cycle of production of goods and to provide constant increase in production volumes.
That same year, we opened our official international representative office, Star Brands Asia, which is engaged in the production and distribution of our products in the countries of Central Asia.
Several years after that, in 2014, we implemented a huge business transformation. The main strategic priorities of the Group expanded to maintaining top positions in the salty snacks market, while also creating new brands with a view to achieve confident leadership in this market segment. At this time, our new product brands were established: San Sanych, Chipster’s, BigBob, and the group of companies was given a new name – Snack Production.
In 2022, in view of rapid expansion and growth of various business areas, we witnessed the logical completion of the Group’s brand formation, so now we shine with our new Star Brands name, and Snack Production has become a separate large business that focuses on snack products!
The Star Brands Group of companies has united businesses that drive the country’s economy forward, produce and supply products that meet all international standards to dozens of markets in different parts of the World.
